I have a DU 4.0 system that is running a really, really old version of
sendmail. I want to upgrade to something contemporary.
I've reviewed the list archives; it seems 8.8 is the current recommended
release. I went looking through my stack of CD-ROMs and I don't have the
current Freeware distribution (the latest I can find is 5/96!). I did find a
website at Digital that appears to be an online version of the Freeware CD
(
http://www.unix.digital.com/demos/freekit/html/tbl_src.htm), but the links
to sendmail are defunct. The idea of getting the "Digital Unix-itized"
version of sendmail appeals to me (since I've never tried to do a sendmail
upgrade before) but I've been thwarted by that dangling link.
Do any of you know where I might be able to find that missing
"Digital_Changed_Base_Src" sendmail 8.8 distribution?
