Summary: Problem with NSR cleaning cart recognition

The problem with the persistent cleaning cartridge requests in NSR that I
asked about has been solved thanks to a helpful response from Paul Wood.

The solution involved using a command that I was previously unaware of.
The command "nsrjb -U <uses> -j <jukebox_name> set things right.
