turning on relaying selectively (or at all) under sendmail 8.9

Hi all:
We've just upgraded all our machines here to Sendmail v8.9. It seems to
work fine, but we do need to enable relaying on one machine. What I
need to do is be able to use host annie.wellesley.edu to relay mail
for host grubb.wellesley.edu. I tried adding:
FEATURE(relay_entire_domain)
to /etc/sendmail.mc with no luck. I then tried adding:
FEATURE(promiscuous_relay) to /etc/sendmail.mc, but still get "relaying
denied" messages from sendmail. How does one turn relaying on for a
list of hosts in one's own domain?

Thanks in advance,
Cheers,
--Lee
