Executing .kshrc or .profile with screen-3.7.4

Hi everyone,
I know this isn't really an DU question, but I know some of you are using
"screen". Is there any way you can get screen to execute your .profile or
atlease to read in your .kshrc file everytime you start a new shell screen?
I am using screen-3.7.4 and have the shell vaiable in my .screenrc file set
to -$SHELL.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
