XDM: Revised Error Message

Rats -- soon as I sent my post to the group, my user sent email with the
error message:

 After a reboot on a DecStation 3000 running DU 4.0b, a user receives
the following error message when atemtping to logon through XDM:
Terminal Disabled -- See System Administrator
