Security breach on DU 4.0?!?!

Hi,

I have just found some core files generated by ftpd which contains
several protected password entries. Investigating further I've found
that every program I have a core file which authenticates users have
also several protected password entries. Is there any way to avoid this?
Or shall I set the core file size to zero (but any user could change
that)?
