Add memory - DEC 2000 axp

I want to increase the total memory on one DEC 2000 axp but do not have the
hardware specification to tell me what size of memory chips that can be
used.

It currently has 80MB = 16*4 + 4*4.

Can anyone tell me where I can get the E-manual so I can do a bit of
research?
