Moving advfs domains to new scsi controllers

Folks,

This weekend I'm retiring my 4 KZPSAs, and replacing them with dual ultra
scsi controllers. I know the naming of my devices (ie:/dev/rz24) will
change. I expect that I will have to change all the entries (sym links) in
the /etc/fdmns/domain_name
to point to the new /dev/new_device_name entries.

I plan to boot from an alternate disk with a minimal fstab, and then mount
what would be my normal root disk, and edit the appropriate entries....

Has any-one done this, and if so, are there any other "traps" to fall into?

Has anyone seen a SRM console device naming --> dunix naming conversion chart?

Why?

I need to free up some PCI slots so I can add more ethernet ports, and
going from fast to ultra scsi hopefully will help reduce some of the scsi
bottleneck.!!

Joy on joy.

Erik
