I was under the impression I could use the SWCC software to manage both my
HSZ70's and several SWXCR cards I have. The documentation (which is not the
easiest to deal with IMHO) says the the RAID Array 230 and 230/Plus
Controllers are supported, yet during the agent configuration it does not
seem them. Anyone have any helpful ideas on this?
On the other hand my HSZ70's are seen fine, but I'm seeing a very strange
behavior on the SWCC client. On the CLI portion of the client I can connect
to my system running the agent all day long. But on the Command Console any
attempt to add a system *immediately* yield the error "No agent running on
specified host". The error comes up no matter WHAT I type in when adding
the system and the error is so fast it leads me to believe it's not even
trying to look!
Any clues or experiences GREATLY appreciated!
