DEC Unix/Citrix Winframe problems

on with the never ending saga of DEC Unix Citrix
Winfram/ICAClient problems.....

I'm hoping if anyone is running the Citrix Winframe
ICAClient on their DEC Unix boxes...they might be
able to offer some help....

I loaded the latest ICAClient on the DEC Unix client...

This seemed to solve all my previous problems with
files showing up on locally mounted ICAClient Unix
drives....and also the cannot connect to server problem
went away...

the major problem we have now is when we try to save an
application file (i.e. Word, Excel) to the locally
mounted Unix drive. We get a error dialogue back
telling us that the disk is write protected....

Phantom drives also show up that appear to connect
to the local Unix home directory...but when I try
to access them...they are not accessible...

We have tried playing with the permissions on the files...
to the point where we open up the privileges all the
way...it doesn't seem to help...

this only seems to be a problem on the DEC ICAClient.
Our Sun ICAClient seems to work just fine.

any ideas????

thanks,
bob
