System Crash Dump

Hi,all, we meet problems when we run Oracle server on Alpha
workstation. The system crash dump.

The problem is:
  vmunix:panic(cpu 0) Unaligned kernel space access from kernel mode
  vmunix:Unaligned kernel access
         va=0xfffffc00029b408c
         pc=0xfffffc0000554fe0
         ra=0xfffffc00005563d0
         inst=0xfffff
