How to configure Xserver's cache-config file

Dear Admins,

Because my X server will reading from font server for Chinese fonts, I
need to enable glyph caching to speed up the startup time of some
applications. From the manual, I need to set up the default cache-config
file, /usr/var/X11/fs/fs_cache_config. Unfortunly, I can't find how to
configure this file, and there no sample files on my box. Can you please
send me a sample file or give me any suggestion?
