ddr invalid header

AS 2000 5/250. DU4.0

I was forced to install the latest patches for du4.0 by firware V5.0 due
to the KZPSA module upgrade to A11.

After installing the patch I get the following messages at boot time:
DDR - Unable to access device information database for GLOBALS
DDR - Invalid database header

The system switches to a "default" database and goes into multiuser
without further problems.

ddr_config -c and rebooting does not fix the problem.

As recommended by the patch, I made a backup of /etc/ddr.db and
/etc/ddr.dbase. I restored the database and recompiled it to no avail.

Any advise will be greatly appreciated
