Hello Tru64 Unix World -

Yesterday (19990221) I tryed to do a fresh install of digital unix
(Tru64 unix) onto an Alpha 2000 system. I was trying to install the
system onto a rz1cb-cs drive.

During the install the system started

    cam_logger:CAM_ERROR packet
    cam_logger:bus 0 target 4 lun 0
    cdisk_complete
    Retries Exhausted

    HARD error detected
    DEC RRD45 (c) DEC 1645
Active CCB at time of error

    Overrun/underrun error
    cp /shlib/.upd..libc.so: I/O error

It did this on *most* of the file steps during the install. I've
already tryed cleaning the cdrom disk drive.

Suggestions? Thank you for your time.
