Where is the Sort Runtime Library?

Hello all:

After upgrading from 4.0B to 4.0D, the directions say to reinstall
the Sort Runtime Library. The trouble is that I can't find it. Does
anyone know on which CD this library is located. If so, please let me
know. Thanks.
