Powerfail Shutdown Scripts

     I am trying to find out where the Oracle and SAP shutdown scripts
     should be placed when an intelligent UPS notifies the system of an
     impending power failure.
     
     Has anyone had similar problems? How did you resolve them?
     
     I am running 4.0D on an Alphaserver 4100. I will summarize!
