    Thanks Joe, Larry and Hal... but there isn't any configuration
problem... We find our problem !!!

    We were using the wrong cable... Here we have a Cisco and we tried
to
use the same cable to connect our DEChub... We didn't know that the
cable to
use in a DEChub is different from the one that we use in our Cisco... We

changed the cable and everything works fine now...
