C2 security...

     Hello everyone,
     
     I have systems running C2 security under Digital UNIX 4.0D with
     the latest patches kit#3. I want to do two things:
     
     1) I would like to move over 500+ accounts from one system to another
        instead of re-creating each account one-by-one all over again.
        Is there an easy way to do it under C2 security?
     
     2) How do I get rid of the accounts after I retiring them, under C2?
        
     Is anyone knows...
