Importance of defrag

Hi All,

We recently upgraded our system from 3.2d-2 to 4.0d. With 4.0d a defrag
routine is, by default, in the cron to run at 1:00a.m. We have
commented this out because our backups run at that time. How important
is it to run the defrag and how often? When are others running it?
