Time sincronize beteween DUX4.0D and RM-COBOL

Hello Managers,
        I have a little problem with RM-COBOL and DUX4.0D. The rm-cobol runtime is
not sincronize with the time of DUX4.0D. On DUX4.0D is necessary one hour
plus to functioning correctly.

        Anyone can said me anything about this???
