Hi,
We currently have a 6-member raidset (raid5), with 9gb drives. Since
more
space is needed we plan to add another member to this raidset.

Is there a limit (practical or technical) on the size of a raidset ?
Is there an optimal size as far as members is concerned ?
Should I split this into 2 raidsets ?

This raidset contains several Oracle TEST databases, so it is not
        used in production.

        ES10000, with 2 HSZ70's.
        Digital Unix 4.0E, ase 1.5.

Thanks for your time and assistance.
