Hello,
I'm fairly new to the list and the Tru64 UNIX world, in previous lives I've tended to the care and feeding of many different UNIX animals. One was called AIX. This animal was easy at manitenance contract renewal time since it had commands called "lsdev" and "lscfg" which listed all hardware devices configured on the system, and at different levels of verbosity would show information like part numbers. Another useful command was "lslpp" which listed all Licensed Product Packages or software configured on the system. My question; Does Tru64 UNIX 4.0(B&E) have commands to display hardware and software configured on the system?
Thanks,
Jim Fitzmaurice

UNIX is very user freindly, it's just very particular about who it makes freinds with.
