Hello Managers,
had a strange occurance this morning. A cron entry similar to:

1 0 1 * * /some_executable_script

fired twice. Between 00:00 and 00:01, I was doing crontab -e, and posting
(wq!) and I believe I did it 2 times before 00:01. The first time I was
uncommenting that entry, the second time I was doing maintenance on another
entry.
Is it possible that something happened between daemon cycles? Isn't the UNIX
reference clock in micro seconds? Any explanation for this?
Funny thing, the end application worked fine and it resulted in a more through
 usage of the processors.
