Hi,
Finally here is the summary for this question. I received a few replies
however, the fix came from a colleague of mine who worked the
issue with Compaq.
The fix was hard to find, but as usual, very easy to fix once we knew
what it was. In summary for the question, we added a nsr client and
it always defined itself as a cluster host instead of a cluster service.
The problem was in the host file on the client, the entry for the ASE
service was in CAPS first and then in small letters. Simply changing
the order of that, we were able to define the NSR client as a
cluster service.
