Port connection filtering

Hello Managers:

Probably this is a stupid question and in the wrong place. I apologise
myself if so; be patient with me, please.

Here it goes...

First: Is there any way to filter a specific port connection on a DEC
Brouter90 (I think this is a Cisco 3000 router OEM version). In this
specific situation, I want to avoid my users accessing broadcast sites
using Real Player, Media Player and similars. They generate a lot of
trafic listening music.

If possible send me a "receipe" on doing this; Unfortunately, I lost the
documentation CD. I have already tried downloading the documentation
from Compaq network products site, but it was an incomplete version.

What I have here is a litle "cook-book" that tell´s me how to change
routes.
Second: Does anyone know if this router has a backdoor, with a standard
password, in the case of missing the current passwords (there are three
passwords, one for each access level)?

TIA
