Administrivia: list outage scheduled for April 14

These lists will be out of service on Wednesday, April 14, from around
9:00 am Eastern till the early evening. We're replacing some 2 GB
drives in the list server's RAID with 9 GB drives, and dumping,
initializing the RAID unit, and restoring will take most of the day.

Please schedule your emergencies accordingly.
