Anybody heard of /dev/envmap?

Hi all,

I was wondering if anybody's ever heard of an 'envmap' device. I could find
any mention of it in the DU administration or programming references or in the
generic kernel config file. It's supposed to be enabled by adding a line like
this to the kernel config file:
controller envmap at isa0 slot N

Does anyone know if this still exists in DU40D or if it's old legacy stuff? It
seems to be completely undocumented. The question is raised by Global
Maintech's Virtual Command Console software. It may be that it's just looking
for some specialized hardware that we don't have. This is on a AS2100RM.

Thanks,
-Saar
