DIGITAL PWS not functioning

Hello everyone.

We have a new DIGITAL PWS Alpha 600 Mhz and are having trouble using
it!
Whenever we open a new window or a new application window, it closes
spontansouly!
Does anyone have idea of what could be wrong?
