Creating a shared account

Hi all,

I would like to create a shared user account that is only accessible by su
-. This account is used by developers and we want to track logins and use
of the account by individuals in the development group through auth.log.
We want to make the account unaccessible to outside access, e.g. you
cannot telnet or access the account remotely until you've validated
yourself on the system through an individual account.
