Well, I forgot to add the login shell (bash) of these 10 Users
to the /etc/shells file.

Hello !
We have one workstation (DEC3000/M600) with Tru64Unix 4.0e patchkit1 and C2
security.
About 10 of 200 Users have problem to connect via ftp(PC and Unix-Clients)
to this workstation. These Users can do telnet,rsh and rcp without any
problem. Their accounts are not locked nor expired. When they try ftp, they get this message:
Client1> ftp duworkstation
Connected to duworkstation
220 duworkstation.domain FTP server (Digital UNIX Version 5.60) ready.
Name (duworkstation:username): username
530 User username access denied.
Login failed.
Remote system type is UNIX.
Using binary mode to transfer files.
ftp> syst
215 UNIX Type: L8 Version: Digital UNIX V4.0 (Rev. 1091)
ftp> quit
221 Goodbye.
Client1>
All users on our sytem have the same permissions an rights.
Any ideas to fix that problem?
