SUMMARY: DECserver 300's on an alpha box

No solutions were posted, but with the help of the DEC service guy, we
figured it out.
The 3 DECservers in question were connected into a DELNI repeater, which
itself was connected to an SMC box, another repeater, which is where all the
other DECservers were connected. Once we took the DELNI out of the loop,
everything worked fine
