Error /dev/fd0a

        I am getting an error "Error /dev/fd0a is an invalid device or cannot be
opened" whenever I try to mount
this device as RW, I can mount read only without any error. I can also
successfully format a diskette and label
it, but when I try to newfs the diskette I get the same error.
