Hi - on a Digital Unix 4.0E system that I have inherited
responsibility for, use of the "dxaccounts", "useradd",
and "groupadd" utilites by root result in:
"The password and group files are currently locked by another user.
Please try again later."
What does this mean, and how can I "unlock" these files?
(BTW, I'm not using enhanced security mode.)
(If I'm logged in as a non-root user, I *can* run dxaccounts,
but, of course, can't use it to add users.)
