Antique SCSI controller wanted [UK]

Please excuse an off-topic query?

Any ideas on where to get a replacement controller board for an
ancient (but much loved!) 4GB SCSI disk, in the UK?

The Model of the disk is: DSP5400S, Rev: *RH12E-YF* *A01*

The controller board has the numbers 5021264-06 A01 stamped on it and
a bar code sticker with: * 54-21265-06* *A04*

Any help greatly appreciated!
