CDE dtfile using a tcp port

HI managers,

My question is for those who know CDE and the file manager utility call
dtfile. I am running DU 4.0d on a 1200 Alpha.

When I start the file manager from within CDE I see that the file manager use
and lock tcp port 1570. Does anybody knows why ??
Will it be always using that port or is it using any unused port from a certain
range.??
How can I restrict dtfile to use some port that I will use for oracle listener
?
