Anyway to get memory speed info?

Hello all,

I just got a 512Mb Dimms (2x256Mb) memory for expanding my digital PWS
500au, running DU4.0C.

Of course, except just putting them in I also want to do some tests on
it, but I can't find a way to get the memory speed, also I don't have
the detailed infomation about both new and old memories.

My question is: Is there any command or any way to report the hardware
memory speed of the machine?
