SUMMARY: XDMCP session with C2 security enabled

The answer had to do with adding entries for the X terminal
in the /etc/auth/system/ttys and /etc/auth/system/devassign
files. I followed the instructions in the faq (thanks Oisin)
(www.unix.digital.com/unix/faq/graphics.html#G4) but still
had problems. Then Bruce suggested using wildcards ('*')in the entries
instead of the actual hostname. That did the trick. Obviously,
this means that any host can start an xdm session, but I am not
too concerned about that at the moment.
