hello all,

Tanks! to Burch Seymour & Bill Carlson who responded to my question (below).

The problem was unkown, may be some net work problem that I don't know of,
but I solve the problem on my own by power off/on the printer and the
JetDirect card was reset itself.

Thanks,

-Pat

     hello everyone,

     I need some help?

I am having a problem pinging to the net-queue box's IP address that
attached onto my network printer from only one of my unix servers, but
from the other unix servers seems to be fine. With a "traceroute"
command it also work fine from the other unix servers, but only
from one server is not getting through.

I asked the network folks to check with the router, they said every is
working fine on the router, but problem is only between the unix
     server and the net-queue box.

Is anyone knows, what it could be a problem?

     Thanks in advanced,
     -Pat
