SUMM: loading an Xsession through a serial port

The concensus is to install the PPP Protocol on both sides of the
connection, this will allow me to establish a TCP/IP link between both
sides,
as the X11 system is basically a network-based protocol and does not allow
for
direct serial port connections.

Other possibility if network traffic is the concern is to install a second
network card.
or to connect the machines to a switching equipment
