Moving users from 3.2C to 4.0E

Hi Managers,

We have a Digital Unix 3.2C box (AXP 150 hard to believe it is still
working) which is running as a mail server for approx 5000 users. We
need to move these users to a more powerful box (3100) which is running
4.0E. What do we need to do/consider? The old 3.2 is running sendmail
5.65 and the 4.0E machine is currently running sendmail 8.8.8 (but we
will probably upgrade to 8.9.3 for the anti-spam features). I have
looked through the archives but could not find much useful information.
