I found the select Os option under Advanced CMOS Setup but
beware as a Cntrl-Alt-Del doesn't work. Use the Reset switch.
So I now have the SRM >>> but... some kind soul must have
played with the machine while it was in the AlphaBIOS as
I now get 'bootstrap failure' from the disk - aaaarrrrghh!
Moral: keep unskilled personnel as far from the kit as possible.
