     Hi everyone,
     
     I have a system alpha 4100, running DEC UNIX V4.0D with
     patch kit #3. LSM was up running fine before, at least
     up to this week. Now when issue the LSM commands as you can
     see below and it doesn't seems to work. What could be wrong?
     Can anyone please tell me...?
     
     
     # voldisk list
     voldisk: Can't get records from vold: Disk group does not exist
     
     # volprint -Ath |more
     volprint: No disk groups loaded
     
     # ps -ef | grep vol
