Using chroot with Tru64 FTP daemon

To the DU Managers

I am trying to migrate a set of users from another type of host to DU, and
these users dump files using a FTP restricted by chroot.

It appears as though both systems use wu ftp, but the version on the DU
host, seems to be different to the one on the other host.

I am using DU 4.0E, patch kit 1.

I can configure an account with the user name ftp, and it is chrooted. If I
change this account to another name, the chroot becomes disabled.

So what I want is and ftp account
1. with a password
2. more than one account, so they all can't be called ftp
3. chrooted, so that they cannot access directories/files out of their home
directory.

Any solutions? Do I have to replace the DU version of wu-ftp with a more
generic version from the net?
