Thanks to Everyone who replied, especially Kris Budhram.

the answer was The Merit AAA RADIUS Server.

You just need to edit the DEC section of the Makefile and use the
defs:
       CC = cc
       CFLAGS = -O -DSIA -taso $(DEFS) $(INCS)
       LDFLAGS =
       LIBS = -lsecurity
       RANLIB = ranlib
       INSTALL = /bin/install
       O = -u

And it works beautifuly :)

My original question:
Hi managers.

I was just wondering if anyone out there is using a RADIUS Server on a
system that is running C2 (enhanced) security. 99.9999999% of the
RADIUS servers that i've tried do not support C2 unix authentication
at all.. If anyone out there knows of a radius package that acutally
supports C2 security, please drop me a line...

thanks :)
