Hello;

I have an AlphaStation 200 4/166 running Digital 4.0D. I have the
Microsoft sound card installed, which came with the machine. I have all
the MME software installed, and have rebuilt the kernel since. At the
chevron prompt, I have done

>>> isacfg -init
>>> init
>>> add_sound
>>> init

Isacfg shows that the card _is_ installed. However, when the machine
boots, I see this:

msb0: Warning: Sound board 0 in system configuration, but not present
msb0 not probed

All the MME programs of course say that they can not find an audio device.

Any ideas what would cause this? I am greatly in need of assistance.

Thanks in advance,
Erik
