User Quota underflow

Hello managers:

My problem is the following:
I have a alphaserver 4100, 512 MB of memory, raid controller SWXCR, with
Tru64 unix V4.0D and in the system log files appear the following
problems:


chk_bf_quota: user quota underflow for user 251 on fileset /



What does this messages means ?
Is there any problem??
