Partial summary DXmail/MH problems

The symptom of the problem was that users under DXmail and DU4.0E were
not able to send outbound E-mail messages anymore,
it seems that sendmail was returning a 553 error because the local
sender was not qualified properly with a domain name.

Ideas that were sent to me include the following:

1) dxmail isn't supported any more, I should punt.

2) change sendmail.cf to allow unqualified senders.
Since this would undo several of the security features I had just
put in, I decided not to do this

3) Install nmh, a newer version of mh that complies properly
with the requirement to send fully qualified hostnames to sendmail.

I have installed nmh and testing the nmh routines directly, they work
fine (the previous mh ones did not, indicating that the problem was
indeed with mh).

The only question remaining... how do we get DXmail to use the new
nmh routines instead of the original mh routines. The usual brute
force tactics don't work.
