I had asked about configuring an HSZ22 on a DS20, specifically if there was
a way to do it
with a terminal connected to a serial port, as with HSZ40s, -50s, etc. I
didn't want to be limited to
the Storage Works Command Console tool running on a PC

Both confirmed that the PC is and the SWCC software is necessary.
Both had comments about the unfamiliarity of Compaq Services with this
device. (Well, it is new).
Both felt it was not progess (I am loosely paraphrasing, if I may).
