Summary: Netscape Communicator

The general consensus was to download the latest and greatest version
Netscape Communicator directly from Netscape. After installing Communicator
is some directory, then

mv /usr/bin/X11/netscape /usr/bin/X11/netscape.orig
ln -s <install-dir>/netscape /usr/bin/X11/netscape

and define the MOZILLA_HOME environment variable to point to the
installation directory.

After doing this, I had no problems using version 4.61 and the CDE actions
worked as expected.

Thanks to all who replied.
