sendmail configuration help

Hi Admins,

Our config: DEC ALPHA1200/DigitalUnix4.0D
Mail server is Microsoft exchange server/ WinNT.

We want to send a mails from DEC Box to Exchange Server( Both servers are in
same network.)
Can anyone send me the details of sendmail.cf & related files.
